What is the IEMH Care Pathway
Helping families navigate local mental health and screening services
The Infant and Early Mental Health (IEMH) Care Pathway is a community-led initiative dedicated to the well-being of our youngest members. We believe in providing the right resources at the right time.
By focusing on prevention and early identification of developmental risks, we help families navigate local mental health and screening services long before a child enters the school system.
